The Restaurant

The Waiki is synonymous with quality cuisine.

Drawing on his years of experience in our establishments, Chef Vincent Berthelon has thought up and created this year's menu. In the kitchen, you'll find Chef Mayron Archetti alongside our sushi master Jimmy Philippon.

Our catering service is open throughout the day around the swimming pool, on the terraces or in the restaurant offering a wide choice of menus.

Open every day from 10am to 1am

Breakfast from 10am to midday on the terrace or pool-side

Restaurant from midday to 11pm around the pool or in the restaurant

Tapas from 5pm to 11pm on the top terrace

(June, July and August)

Open every day from 10am to 2am

Breakfast from 10am to midday on the terrace or pool-side

Restaurant from midday to midnight around the pool or in the restaurant
